Obviously all her albums have been good and radio friendly otherwise she wouldn't be the huge star she is. But ISAF is by far her best, and it was critically acclaimed as well.

While I don't want a lot of collaborations, I would love for her to collaborate with:

Alexandra Burke - I think they could have such a powerful ballad together, Alex has such a strong voice, but Beyonce's range is AMAZING and her control....them together would be out of this world.

Jay-Z - We really need a new track together from them...I love it when they collaborate.

Maxwell - I think is smooth vocals would work wonders with Beyonce.
