Well I'm not gonna lie, it hasn't dated very gracefully, but I do like a lot of songs from that era... just not much from that album.
Either way, her best albums are Body Language, KM94 and Impossible Princess.

I don't hate you because you're fat.
I used to say I'd never met a straight male who admits to loving pop divas. But I have now met exactly one. And he is definitely straight. He stans for Ke$ha and Britney. (He's been to Ke$ha's concert and he owns Femme Fatale!) So, yes, your kind exists, but it is quite the unicorn.

Yes Eli, throw in that subliminal gay shade.

From a review of the For You For Me Tour:
Quote:
Ms. Minogue has studied Madonna for years, but maybe this country needs only one blonde, stadium-filling, high-camp, digital-burlesque artist at a time and Lady Gaga — who draws from both Madonna and Ms. Minogue — has dibs on that spot.

It sucks, why can't we have all three?

How could I forget Light Years? It doesn't represent her 00s stuff IMO. It's one of my favorite albums ever though.

"I Should Be So Lucky," "Got To Be Certain," "Hand On Your Heart," "Better The Devil You Know," "Step Back In Time," "What Do I Have To Do," "Shocked," "Give Me Just A Little More Time," "Finer Feelings," and "What Kind Of Fool (Heard All That Before)" are all still total bops.

Anywho, I'm surprised Spinning Around wasn't a hit in the US but CGYOOMH was Spinning Around and LAFS were much more radio friendly for the US.

I forgot about tracks 3-5 and that I only like a remix of "Your Disco Needs You." Nevermind.

Not a fan of Give Me Just A Little More Time or What Kind of Fool, but yes those songs are all the best, especially Shocked.

CGYOOMH was already a huge global hit, so it had that going for it.

I don't know, I just feel like Kylie hasn't done anything incredibly memeroable. Madonna took pop music to another level and is more musically versatile. Madonna also took risks, Kylie has played it safe in comparison. Also, Kylie is too camp for some people.

Fun Fact: Kylie Minogue is also not a fan of this song.

CGYOOMH was a more instant hit imo. Spinning Around was very mediocre to me but had a nice beat! CGYOOMH was legendary and the beat/lyrics are instant as soon as u hear first line

Eli..... I get your point though I heavily disagree. All of them feed into gay stereotypes no matter the degree or severity of it. Kylie >>>>>>> the others

6? More like 11. Go in this progression. Aphrodite --> Fever --> We'll talk about it when you get here.
