What I think she's trying to say is that she was in the wrong but that there were other factors that led to her lil' meltdown (e.g. She was pressured to be an asshole judge to bring in controversy and viewers, but she took it too far).
I don't really believe her, but there
are times when you're genuinely sorry about something that isn't entirely your fault.
