This new rule doesn't make any sense - this is the U.S. Hot 100, yet YouTube views are worldwide. So why does the entire world get to decide the most popular songs in the US? I guess they could just be counting the views coming only from the US, but that seems complicated...

And I'm still seething that a song with less than 300K of sales and zero airplay gets to debut at #1
