: Every 5 years or so we elect a alt/rock/soul/undeground/jazzy/retro/UK/Canadian mascot. We shower them with Grammys and record sales before casting them aside for the next pretentious hipster trend. In 1995 it was Alanis, in 2004 it was Norah Jones, in 2007 it was Amy Winehouse, and now it's Adele's turn. While it's refreshing to see someone who looks and sounds like Adele punch all of you hoes out of the game, I just hope everyone on the bandwagon stays on it until 23 comes out.
if set Fire To The Rain hits #1, she then releases Rumor Has It and it hits #1, and then Turning Tables and it hits #1. after all of that she has to make another album, and yes she will be remembered
