They're not exactly your teammates, but you should strategize a bit with the fellow Woods and Disgusts. They are the ones who can give you immunity (and vice versa).
To make sure everyone sends in on time, I have devised an evil rule.
One player will be selected every round to be the time keeper. Anyone who doesn't send in their votes within 24 hours will vote for the time keeper automatically.
In other words, the time keeper's job is to make sure everyone sends in on time.
Using a random number generator, Dilettante has been chosen to be Round 1's time keeper.

I think you can vote for anyone, but the strategy is to collab with your "team mates" to all agree on a person to vote for so they have a higher chance of immunity and thus choosing your row/column to be immune as well?
