This doesn't mean she lied about the sexual assault. She pretty much already lost, there's no point in her wasting her time and money trying to fight it anymore. At this point, she's probably just wants to get out as soon as possible, so she's trying to fulfill the rest of her contractual obligations so she can leave. The sad part is, I doubt Luke will let her leave at this point. All he has to do is reject all of her songs or choose to "delay" the album indefinitely. She'd be tied up on his label with no career for the rest of her life, effectively.
