DiL went #2 thanks to the streams from her Grammy performance, it sold horribly even with the Grammy push & as another member already said, it sold the same as Katy's top 15 single.

DiL was a hit. I don't get ATRL. She hasn't had a top 10 since 2009 excuses. Okay, she gets a top 10. Not even that. A top THREE. But it wasn't 'solo' it is 'forgotten' it had 'one performance' it was a 'hit on vine' only the 'urban community remembers it'
