I don't think that AMP Radio in LA and NOW FM in NEw York which both started broadcasting last month are counted but channels like Hot 95.7 in Houston didn't count when Leona peaked last year because the channel was only 1 month old back then.

Yeah, and Movin' 99.7 in the Bay Area randomly got added to Top 40 status last month, even though it's been around for over 2 years.
