Kelly Clarkson has a better discography for the Super Bowl than Carrie and has higher authority. And since the perfectly tweezed Toxicity claims football is only for middle america, Kelly has better list of Country super stars to bring out than Carrie, like Blake, Miranda, Reba, etc.
Carrie has outsold Kelly in the US [FAR less albums too] so yeah i think Middle America likes her better
and Carrie literally just collabed with Miranda? don't know how that even helps your claim
I feel like this will happen. They haven't really had a country act take the half time show in awhile, and Country really is the only genre of music consistently selling these days.
She would need to have Miranda or someone come out for a couple of songs a la RHC and Bruno last year because I still don't think Carrie could hold a 10 minute plus show and sustain a audience or crowd.
