No. The only thing that could be argued as being iconic this era is Beyonce's pregnancy announcement at the VMA's. Dangerously In Love and I Am...Sasha Fierce were both more iconic then 4. 4 might actually be her most forgettable era out of the four of them.
Nick Cannon is an embarrassment to her. He is a guest in her home. He is a loser.
She loves him and he loves her. Besides the thread is about Bey. Don't take that kind of lame shade this hard, it ain't that deep and that post was not even good shade.

I think it is, the videos, the music, the album. 2011 was a great year in music, were quality was finally going to surface. To me, the most iconic albums on the pop landscape of 2011 were Born This Way and 4, because they challenge Top 40 music of today, one with its message and the other with its genre. I love them, they are geniuses
How can a whole era become iconic anyway? Single, specific moments within an era can become iconic. People call Thriller an iconic album/era all the time and yet they always get it confused with Bad (the one with the 5 #1s). The moment in the Thriller era that's iconic is the music video for the title song.

Only profanes got them confused. They are not alike at all. Thriller is not only iconic because of that particular video. Billie Jean was also HUGE and that lead to his MOONWALK's moment, the performance he did on that song that night was memorable. Bad as nothing on Thriller and only people not familiar with him could get it confused.
OT: The only thing memorable about this era is her pregnancy, and I don't think a pregnancy by a singer has ever been "iconic"..
You don't know what's going on in my life, you don't know what I'm doing
And Black's shade was much weaker, I mean..
I don't even think that a common people out side of Beyonce's fan base is aware that she's pregnant. Even Octomom's pregnancy is more iconic than hers.
