Whatever. I'll use a definition that actually makes sense and say it's albums by people who don't write their own lyrics or music which clearly have the most filler, since most of them have very little input on what the songs mean, so there's always songs just there because they sound alright and it takes up a space, rather than actually conveying a particular thought or feeling of the musician. I'll let you fill in a list of examples of this from your own imagination.
