It is rough. I read the first one in a day.... but I have to force my way through the second one.
Here are the problems thus far:
1. ZOMBIEEEESSSS!
2. It is essentially the same story as the first book. Except with a different setting.
3. Setting is not particularly cool or appealing.
4. The book makes a big deal of how easily the "bad guys" can fool and manipulate the characters with technology. That just means you doubt everything and everyone in the book. It is too annoying and goes on too long.
5. Female lead built up in the first book pretty much vanishes. When she is around or thought of I find her annoying.
Imma hunt this puppy now (but it's really adorable tho).
