Hopefully bruno will be tying MJ with Treasure.

But technically bruno is the only artist right now who fits the rule according to BB and his streak is still active, so far all the solo singles he has released have reached the top 10 on BB100 & Top 40.

Bruno is the only artist right now with an active streak (2010-2013) since his debut with no interruption, all the official solo singles he released so far have reached the top 10 on Hot 100, the Billboard article mentioned artists like gaga, kesha, & Mariah with such record, for example Katy wasn't mentioned because her initial streak was broken when thinking of you from her debut album didn't reach the top 10.

Artists like Mariah since her debut had all the singles she released from (1990-1993) reaching the top 10 on BB Hot 100. The same goes for bruno so far. That's why it's more impressive.

The Billboard article you are talking about does not have any direct relation with this thread. This thread is purely for any streak, at anytime of an artist's career. Not including streaks in the middle of a career would not accurately represent artists' selling power.
