In my opinion, the reason they a) Asked her to confess and b) Asked the judge to dismiss the case and c) Did not cut Dr Luke loose, tells me they don't believe he raped her. Not one producer would be worth the nightmare unless a corporation knows he's innocent OR that he got a damn good case proving that he is (which would means firing him would have been without cause and therefore a breach of contract).

I feel sorry for Kesha and Luke in this, I dont really know who to believe so I did not got involved, its awful if it happened to kesha, and its awful for luke if its not true

The ruling is final (we just have to get over it now)

the music world is disgusting at times, but I do feel that these popstars, singers know what they are getting into to gain fame and fortune so I dont really sympathies when it goes wrong

There's always two sides of the story sweetie... are u a girl? no? do you have any sisters? a mom? a grandma? a girl friend??? if someone close to you said she got raped and got no evidence you'd be like ok no it didn't happen because theres no proof? Rape it the hardest thing to prove and I know a couple of girls IRL that got raped and the case was dismissed because there was "no proof". The guy still out there probably doing the same to other girls. Take a minute to think about the other side too not just what you think is right.

We jsut have to hope justice prevail. Most are gonna condemm luke anyway, but i dont want him to be punished he did not absolutly do this
