The thing is, I understand that there are bigger 'issues' in the world than Gay Marriage (i.e. poverty, starvation, homelessness) but what is being asked of with Marriage Equality wouldn't even take that much time and effort, relatively. It's just Tony wants to push his own agenda regardless of what the population wants and wants to delay a very simple decision.
