My thoughts on first listen.
Pros:
-high quality pop songs. Nothing seems to be filler.
-Kiesza is a talented singer.
-The two features are highlights.
Cons:
-Kiesza has no sense of restraint. She is born with one of those unlucky voices that make every song sound the same and she doesn't budge from that style. She is the biggest flaw tbh, as I listened I kept thinking how good these songs would be sung by Jessie Ware or Natalia Kills, etc. Obviously it comes down to my own preference but I'm sure others will agree.
-The production and her melodies can be very similar, half of the songs sound like they could transition into Hideaway which is annoying.
-We don't learn much about Kiesza as a person. A debut album should give an insight into the personality of its creator, obviously another personal preference of mine.
I sound negative but honestly this is a great album, it just happens to not have some of the main qualities I enjoy in music.

You summed up my whole idea about the album and her as an artist. I totally agree with everything you said.
Finally listened to the whole album. Every song is amazing, no filler. I do agree with Pandatic about her voice and songs kinda sounding similar but it doesn't really kill it for me. 8.5/10.
Listening now for the first time. Hideaway finally grew on me days ago and she's gonna be at the Jingle Ball concert I'm going to, so I might as well get into her music.
Hideaway - 10/10
No Enemiesz - 10/10
Losin' My Mind - 8.5/10
So Deep - 8/10
Vietnam - 8/10
Bad Thing - 8/10
What is Love - 8.5/10
Sound of a Woman - 7/10
The Love - 9/10
Piano - 9/10
Giant in My Heart - 8/10
Over Myself - 8.5/10
Cut Me Loose - 8.5/10
TOTAL: 85%, B
This is a cool album. I love Kiesza's voice and the style of music she does. The music starts off really solid but the rest are just alright, good or great. I got a tad bit bored along the way and songs started feeling the same. Still a good release and it's full of great production.
A "deluxe" edition of the album will also be released in the UK and Ireland - it seems to be digital only (and exclusive to Google Play.)
Added tracks:
14. Take Me To Church
15. Prayer In C (BBC Live Version)
16. Take U There

Her cover of Take Me To Church is amazing, glad it will be included somewhere
