Avril. She was the most original girl at her debut, although it's getting boring now.
Legend X comes second.
Adele is original, too, but she's not a pop gurl, so not eligible.
Lady Gaga is like the least original out there. She almost always takes notes from others. Mess at Gaga winning this poll

When Christina is a vocalist.
When Pink and Avril are soft Pat Benatars.
When Adele is the white Jill/Anita.
When Rihanna has stated her biggest influences to be reggae and R&B singers. Like Bob Marley and Aaliyah.
When Keri Hilson is on the list period.
I'm just not getting how they wouldn't exist. By your logic Whitney, G0D, Celine, none of them would exist either.

Madonna... just off the basis of her paving the way for women in music to be businesswomen and build huge brands.
Musically speaking (which i assume is what the OP means), none of them. Pop music itself is not a genre, just a vacuum to suck up elements of different genres and make them trendy and accessible to spit out to the masses.

Yeah Avril is pretty good but she needs to do something new although Rock N Roll and HTNGU are great songs.

Britney of course. she was the blueprint for so many female pop artists in the 2000s and even now at some level (Selena). it even got to the point that every female artist that was a little different (P!nk, Avril) got called the Anti-Britney.
