Mediatraffic also does not only track 10 countries. I thought that originally, but was wrong. You can find a full list on their site.

Sucks for Beyonce though, there are many countries like Spain and Germany where she did not get any credit for her first two weeks because of the iTunes exclusive, therefore mediatraffic couldn't add any #s up for those countries. The third week was when MT could finally start tracking those countries, and NO, the previous 2 weeks were not added on to the 3rd.
This chart works fine for everyone else, but for artists with exclusives it's quite flawed.
