She's 34 years of age, married with a child. Her priorities are different than when she first went solo til her third era. Once you've made a certain amount of money, reached a certain level of fame and achieved so many things, it's no longer fun or a necessity. I think if Beyoncé chooses to retire today, her legacy would be secure. It beats Madonna still trying to latch on to her youth by releasing frivolous material in 2015. And that's not necessarily a knock to Madonna either. It's just better to "bow out" when it's necessary.

For example the rumour about her and Obama was clearly forced. Here in the UK pop girls try that with Prince Harry too. I remember there was a rumour about Natasha Bedingfield and Prince Harry dating. Clearly a PR stunt, something her team planted. It happened again with Mollie from The Saturdays and one of the Princess. Wise up. You shouldn't take everything at face value.

Why do you keep saying "what!! She recorded 20 videos, how is she not trying?" But there's a difference between investing in your art to create quality work versus being on every talk show and radio station to promote your album... In terms of promo, she really is not trying at all.

no... artists like taylor, selena, miley, and ari are all still doing very well. Its just that were on the cusp of a new pop girl era, the old ones will either cement themselves as a legend (bc there will only be 1 or 2) or will start to fade. the new crop of girls are Taylor, Ari and Miley.
