She's pretty close to the top. Gaga + Rihanna are good too, but Gaga's videos can be polarizing and Rihanna's can be forgettable, while Katy's generally are all about fun, fun, fun, fun.
I can't believe THE QUEEN is gonna make an appearance in this music video. I mean, it probably won't be as good as her 160-million-views video, but still.
