Poor management because they don't wanna release a pop song first?

So you played one song from Ciara for your friends, but, what, "refused" to play for them "Sorry", "Got Me Good", or the remix of "Turn On the Lights" or "Sorry Part 2"? Yeah, way to prove your point...

True but they didnt really follow it through that much, Ciara more or less brought it more forward to the GPs attention, her first two albums which had crunk music was alot more popular.

My friends know that I LOVE Ciara, but they were looking through my i-phone play list and heard it, and they were impressed by the song....

Poor management because they are releasing too many promo singles, no official album release date, no proper performances set, no real structure, bad management of radio and streaming......
What is actually being done to help her this era? Im not seeing it.

What does this have to do with Body Party or OWA? Nothing.

Way to skirt around my question.
So, you're friends like generic pop songs? What does that prove?

Sorry and Got Me Good aren't promo singles....technically neither was Sweat, because she herself said on MTV that Sweat was going to be the lead single off One Woman Army

Your friends don't equal the entire general public either.

Not really. My friends love Indie rock and soul music like Sade, but they also love songs they can twerk to like Ciara's Work. I'm not trying to be funny LOL I'm dead serious, they heard Overdose and they didn't even think it was her.

Overdose..a snippet, Boy Outta Here...promo single...if its a single nobody knows whats going on, Sweat might aswell now be called a promo single because it was released for download. No-one was talking about Sorry or Got Me Good, they were just unfortunate flops due to bad management.

It doesn't matter, the point I'm trying to make is that most people who aren't Ciara fans are here for Overdose above anything, and it's pretty obvious that if rightly promoted and treated, Overdose can be that smash hit Ciara needs. Just cause it's generic doesn't mean it can't have an impact on the album....

So because they didn't know who it was that makes it a good thing? ridiculous.

You're just making no sense now. Sorry and Got Me Good are the only releases.

To me a promo single is more like something that is actually promoted but it is not a single. Something like Basic Instinct (You got me) ect. Those snippets aren't really promo singles.

Yet, the only song they've heard from her this era was "Overdose"?! Dood, please let me take your shovel away before you dig your ditch to China...

Just because non Ciara fans like something doesn't mean it's the way to go. Understand that.
