You hold the bag up to the bag with the black/white marker to the webcam:
Once it recognizes it, a box opens and an old man speaks about Rihanna's good and dark side then just explains how it works.
Then it loads, and the video pays fullscreen with you having to hold the bag up to the webcam when you want it to change.
