anyway. i can't stand these "then dems would have an unfair advantage cuz they own the most populated areas!!!" as if location mandates your party. maybe the most populated areas and cities are generally democratic because they see so much more of the world and its diversity than small town joes in nebraska??
by giving more power to some people you remove it from others. with this system some votes are more important than others. how can you argue against 1 vote = 1 vote? how can you agree with a system that gives a person's vote more power if they move to a neighboring state?
