For the ATRL audience this is a big deal but it's not comparable to more universal events.

This is just another easy target to aim at when it really is a smart thing for her to do. I don't think it was her decision. I really think her team knows what they are doing and the engagement news was something that was put out there conveniently as well.

She still gets decent spins in her core audience and nominated asked to perform at more accepted shows so if that well dries up then there's an issue.

Is this event even televised? I'm sure it's just a quick kii for the ATRLers and a certain community but won't get nearly as much attention as a bigger thing like her canceling her tour.
