No... Thats 3 months away. More than enough time to launch (what should be) a hit single, let it rise and smash, and then release the album around its peak. I think its perfect.

Speaking of... I'm thinking the single will come probably early to mid December. That way it will climb up the charts and be in the top 10 right around christmas.. that way when erryone is redeeming them itunes giftcards they'll see Nicki and bam... Tons of sales.

A video I think will probably come either late December to Mid January...

Yes, this time I do. Although I wouldnt MIND a second single, I think focus on just one single before the album release would be a good idea.

The difference between PF era was that Your Love was an accidental single, it wasnt planned. And Massive Attack... well we know how that worked out ... I look at Right Thru Me as the first TRUE single for PF.

Well I don't think, at this moment (with no single and no hype, keep in mind) that this will have better opening numbers as Pink Friday. Although Nicki has a lot more fans now is much more known, I think she alienated some of her earlier fans who bought the album. Hip-Hop fans are the ones buying albums these days, not all the 'fans' who like her pop(ish) singles on the radio. Rappers usually open to bigger numbers than pop stars. Kanye, Drake, Wayne, etc. And if this first single isnt urban enough, I think RR could share the same fate as TTT... Although I'm sure it will do a bit better than that album.

That's why I lowkey wish she would push the release back so she can have a pop crossover single& a single that appeals to the urban people and remind you wayne kanye drake and them released a string of singles before they released their album
