It's a good thing and a bad thing. While they are trying to promote the 2nd single, people already know about the 3rd single, so it's basically two songs competing at the same time for attention. I think that they could have conducted the polls to see what people wanted as the 3rd single and then announce the 3rd single in late February or early March.
It's just that there are tons of parties and celebrations to my graduation this month!!
