125 is...well I don't know what's normal anymore. I haven't weighed 125 since I was like 13 lol. Ever since I started playing tennis I was always stuck between 130-150 (back when i had BED) but try for 130  . I feel that's easier to attain and is definitely in the normal range.
Does your diet consist of you not eating or something?

I had to cut out lactose recently and gluten for a week or so as well, so that's inspired some healthier habits. Lots of fruits, some veggies, lean meats, and not much real bread. Trying to quit soda and do water too but the water here tastes weird.
Trust me, nobody thinks I'm overweight either, so I certainly won't trust these charts over medical professionals! 125 is actually kinda on the small side even for 5'4" / 5'5" but it's what I want. I'll get there if I try!
