Oh I don't trust any damn chart like BMI or the like. It always tells me that I'm overweight but if anyone saw me irl and tried to tell me I'm overweight you'd be crazy

125 is...well I don't know what's normal anymore. I haven't weighed 125 since I was like 13 lol. Ever since I started playing tennis I was always stuck between 130-150 (back when i had BED) but try for 130

. I feel that's easier to attain and is definitely in the normal range.
Does your diet consist of you not eating or something?
