MJ actually did release 8 singles from his next CD Dangerous, and they all reached the Top 40. "Heal The World," single 8, reached #23. That was the most songs ever released from one album for nearly a decade. Shania Twain tied that mark with The Woman And Me and broke it with 11.5 songs from Come On Over.
Michael Jackson's Bad had an underperforming sixth single ("Another Part Of Me" was a poor song choice), but he rebounded with "Smooth Criminal" for a 7th single that reached the Top 10, after his CD had sold many millions of copies. Taylor's team should indeed try "New Romantics," as it could fare better than OOTW. "All You Had To Do Was Stay" could still be single 8 from 1989.
WTF!! It was 1400 like 12bhours ago...
She should have sang this on the Grammy. This still can be big. A lot of people doesn't have this on the original CD.
