The people accusing all these threads getting closed on the Monsters need to take a seat. The monsters don't start until the parade of flamebaiters invade the thread unnecessarily (and go unwarned) - not to mention the fact that the majority of people moaning about the monsters 'spoiling' threads and getting 'out of control' are the ones who storm the thread with their flamebait in the first place.
