WDKY reached around 170 million AI on Mediabase and around 140 million AI on Nielsen.

What? No. I'm not expecting Dark Side to top WDKY in the slightest, either. WDKY hit 162 or 164 million in the states. I'm expecting/hoping for about 100-110 for DS.

The climb in the UK must be the slowest, gradual climb ever. DId WDKY and MKIA struggle like that?

I just hope it doesn't get to the top 10 too soon before the acutal adds date.

I thought your initial question asking if WDKY hit 105m AI meant overall AI.. but when you said too bad WAY took the title from us that made me realize you might have meant Pop AI because that number is close to correct and you would have been right if you were referring to Pop AI.

People really don't seem to understand that Dark Side isn't released until next week so its not being slow or flopping, it's getting annoying lol.

No one is saying it's flopping. I'm just saying, which I think I incorrectly tried to write earlier, is that I hope the adds and sales rise together unlike it did for WDKY in the UK. #8 is unacceptable of a song that monstrous in the States and in a lot of different countries.

Well, 100% of adds are now in and it looks like 11 Hot AC stations jumped on board this week but 0 Top 40. I'm actually surprised that not one Top 40 station added it before the adds date. I'm fine with it because she should get a ton next week and hopefully be #1 most added, but I thought we'd see 2 or 3 Top 40 anyway. Maybe RCA really requested no early adds for Top 40 and the stations actually obliged. Who knows. I'm anxious for next week now!!

No, it is possible they have played it. I'm sure a good amount of Top 40 stations have played the song but they just haven't added it to their official playlist yet. They're waiting for June 5, apparently. Now wouldn't be a bad time for us to request it on our local Top 40 stations, if y'all have a spare second. It won't hurt for stations to know people want to hear it.

Those are the two NY ones. You'll have to manually type in the request as it's not added to the official request list yet.


And don't forget people, only request it on your local stations. They can see IP addresses and if they get trolled from people all over the country/world they'll know it's a stanbase. lol

Even though stations take part in iheartradio and people listen from all over the world.. it's still best to only request on your local stations. If anyone else needs a link for their local US station, let me know.
