Why do people keep saying Halsey's music is "good if you ignore the lyrics"?
What I'm gathering from this is that her music is not good because of the part she's involved in. Why the **** would you claim an artist that you have to ignore the lyrics to like? I've heard it all.
And that demands respect why? Praise from those who "appreciate" and "get" it, I understand. But respect is unnecessary. Both of those things are subjective, anyway. One man's trash is another man's treasure, after all.
Sam thinks This Is How We Do is the best song on PRISN.
Katy does not make art. She makes marketable sludge with no forward thinking meaning or higher thought but than to be catchy and a hit to please her label, the udder milkers.
FKA twigs wins the contest because she makes art and it's good. Already beats Katy.
