Why are people surprised at the pace the remix is climbing at. I mean katy's fanbase clearly isn't big enough to make the remix fly up itunes without a banner and as for missy well she's been behind the scenes for about six years, her name attatched to a remix clearly wont garner interest in the song .

1) We all knew no one gave a **** about Missy anymore, she has lost almost all her fans and hasn't been on a hit in years. Why were Capitol so sure she'd be able to push Last Friday Night to #1?

2) Theres no banner. It's not playing on radio, there's no video, there's no promo, has Katy even tweeted it?

I'm about to have a meltdown, but I'll wait till tomorrow.
