There is no way she'd SHOUT out the single release date in front of dozens of people just off-hand while already at least two yards away from said people. It just isn't gonna happen.
She probably said something like "Thanks so much, I'll see you next time I'm on tour." I don't think y'all understand how much of a secret everything related to her record deal is. Only a handful of people outside of the record label itself know she's signed to the record label.
