I'm really curious about some of these changes cause the mods seem to be indicating that people are going to be kinda outraged or something.

I mean, I'm willing to roll along with whatever's coming... but a bit nervous if the mods think people aren't going to be happy.

Too many people forget the owner created and pays for ATRL to exist.
I don't see what makes them think they get a say on how this place is run.
So I wouldn't be surprised if there are more rules being rolled out with the upgrade.

You're always welcome to give feedback. It's the constant attitude and negativity that needs to go. The sense of entitlement and lack of respect by some members is stunning.

@JakeKills what I got from lipton's meltdown is that the new ATRL is gonna be a lot more stricter than it already is and SYG and other "privileges" are gonna be taken away

I agree, BUT without the members what purpose would there be for ATRL to be open. I think we should be able to give our input on what we want but some people do take advantage of things and this is why (IMO) ATRL has gotten more strict.

I feel like it creates a culture that leaks into the rest of the forum personally.

The attitudes of some members can go though. Like, is being polite so difficult?
I preferred waiting for better options (from last year's survey about the update) and looks like it will pay off. The only thing is its iffy 2Q release being so ambiguous right now.
