I had orientation today. I had 11 freshmen, and half of them were the pits The girls were fine, but the boys were horrible. Throwing markers at me and my partner, almost breaking a ceiling light, being racist, calling each other names and stealing the candy I brought for them. I had to SNATCH the kid that stole the candy (literally). No offence to 9th graders, but some can be so immature. I cannot believe I have to be in a school with these people for 9 more months

Well, at my orientation it went fine and there wasn't breaking lights at all and most them weren't the pits.
Well 9 months will go fast, I'm stuck here for 4 years.
My Geography class - I see some kids that are asking me "Have you seen my friend, _______?"
I don't know him, and it turns out that it wasn't his friend it was just a imaginary friend to distract me.
My homeroom today was Um, interesting. I had to do some Scavenger thing with a partner and I wanted to group with some girl and the girl was like "Oh, go with that dude for the hunt." I'm like "Um okay."
So my first 2 days of school were fine. I really want to make the most of my Senior year, but I don't see it for me tbh.

Got my schedule, and 3 of the classes in a row come with their own huge book (I can only carry one at a time). With a horribly placed locker on the 2nd floor to boot. So I'm going to be late for those classes.
On the 1st day I have to either change the class placement or get a more conveniently placed locker. Hopefully both.
Spanish 3 is whooping my ASS.
l have to present a project for 5 mins in COMPLETE Spanish on Friday
Not to mention my 3 Summer Reading tests are tomorrow and l've read none of the books because lve been busy.
Really? I'm taking Spanish 2 (freshman) and it's a bore sometimes. It's mostly the same **** from Spanish 1 but with a different unit, context - same ppl though.
I should talk to my counselor if I could take AP Spanish Literature next year or during junior year. I could take Biology next year but if I go to a college program or something during the summer of 15' I could take AP Biology, sophomore year.
To be honest, Picture Day is tomorrow.

I want to take AP Spanish Literature, Spanish 2 looks easy.
I've been putting off the common app essays for too long, I need to start them And I saw my GPA for the first time ever last week, and it was higher than I expected I'm my schools first graduating class, so we hadn't seen our GPAs at all until recently. And, it turns out that my GPA is going to have honors weight for some of my classes once they fix the errors from switching to Power School, so it will go higher

I have to admit that most kids are very nice at my high school. My transition from tiny private middle school to larger public school was seamless.
