All the songs from Halcyon Days deserves to be a single tbh. (Except Midas Touch, probably the only Ellie's song i hate )
Agreed! I like Midas Touch, but it's definitely not one of the stronger tracks YME, UC, SA, HWC even Flashlight could all get radio play. I'm so glad Ellie served on her re-release and put out quality tracks
HD is still her weakest body of work to date tho, excluding songs that were on the original halcyon liek stay awake & early releases that got packed in like Tessellate the only strong points are UC & YME.
You guys do too much on HD. That EP is a good album itself. It has very strong tracks like Goodness Gracious, You My Everything, Under Control, Hearts With Your Chains and Burn. Although it does contain her weakest track to date which is HLWILY.
Ellie is in such a good position in her career. She has now conquered her home country so effortlessly in the past year and also gaining a lot more international footing in other countries too. Her next era is when she becomes an international FORCE! Just watch. I'm so excited for her!
