1. Not sure what artist you're talking about but it's none of my favs. They all bring in 6 figures in their first week.
2. When you said club style, it took be a good minute to realize you were talking about the sandwich and not an actual dance club where you're in between a bunch of people and grinding up against all of them.

The bullet is the difference in spins between today and exactly one week ago I believe. I'm not sure how measuring AI works. I just know that it involves a lot of statistics

I'm not 100% positive on the dynamics but it's something like this: They measure audience impressions based on the radio stations that play the song. Every station has a market rank based on the amount of people their station gets broadcasted to. For example the #1 station in the US for Top 40 is Z100 as they get broadcasted to the largest amount of people being NYC. Let's say a large Hot AC station is broadcast to about 1 million listeners.. the audience impression would be 1 million for that station. So if Dark Side is played on the station (and here I don't know if it depends on how many times the song is played throughout a day/week or not) but the AI for Dark Side would be 1 milliion since the station that played it is broadcasted to 1 mil people. And then the AI's are just added up based on what stations play the song and what their individual station's AI is.

Hmmmmm...and the AI counts once for every week, I'm assuming, and not every time they play the song?

It counts per day and is added up over the course of a week, yes. If a station's AI is 1 million, a song won't receive 1 million every time they play the song (like if it's played 4x a day it's not 4m AI). I think it depends how many spins the song gets per station and that's how they estimate the amount of people that heard it. The AI that we see on the chart is an estimate of the amount of people that hear the song in a weekly period, essentially. So over in the radio chart thread, when we get the daily radio updates a song will have like a (+1.025) next to it, that means more stations were playing the song, or it was played more on a large station and the AI is 1.025 million more people that heard the song than the day before. It is confusing, I know. So when Z100 puts a song in power rotation, the AI will jump a lot because it's being played more over the course of a day and it's a huge station with tons of listeners.
And by the way, yes, the bullet of a song is the difference in spins over from that same point 7 days earlier. Forgot to answer that part in your last question.

Edge, in simpler terms, the AI is a measure of how many people a song is broadcast to in a week. It is calculated using formulas based on the relative sizes of the radio stations playing a song. So right now the AI for Dark Side is around 1.5. This means that around 1,500,000 people will be the audience for the entire week.
Notice that everyday we get AI updates, like +0.125. That happens because a song is getting played more than it was yesterday, and so the expected audience for the full week will be 125,000 greater than what we thought it would be. This happens because radio stations are playing a song more and more with each passing day, not playing it the same amount everyday. The increases are also bigger when a big station, which broadcasts to a bigger audience, starts playing a song.
