How long does it take for AC to pick up a song usually? Really confused why they haven't done much with Story Of My Life yet....
They're usually about 2 months behind pop radio (especially if you're really not a staple on the format).
If you want to compare, it took nearly two months (after appearing on the AC chart) for WMYB to enter the top ten.
For more comparisons, WMYB was at #25 on its 29th day with 103 spins, and currently, SOML is at #19 in its 29th day with 290 spins, so this seems to be doing slightly better than WMYB.

Mess, I was expecting the Grammy performance to push Follow Your Arrow into at least the top 50 on country radio but Kacey's still nowhere to be found on kworb. One of the few songs you can unironically say was ahead of its time.
