I understand that Synchro will work in a similair way but it feels a bit too much to have Primal Evolutions, Mega Evolutions and now the possibility for Synchro. It feels like too many possibilities for what probably will be the same thing at it's core with an other gimmick clinched to it. I mean I am not against Synchro, but for me personally Mega Evolutions could still use some improvement in the concept and movepool of certain mon.

That's what I feel. It's just too much, too soon - we don't need three different kinds of evolution within two generations.
So with the possibility of Synchro-Evolution, will there be two forms for each Pokemon? One for the male trainer and one for the female? It's like every Pokemon will turn into a Gardevior or a Gallade.
