I think the flops were called in for 2 reasons:

1) to appear urban, with two underground rappers on her track it shows Nicki is still that NY bitch.

2) to put them on. Since Nicki wants to babysit te havenots she probably wants to help get Foxy, Ru, Brinx, and Patty on.

however, she needs to do the urban records BY HERSELF. she does not need a feature.

i strongly doubt a mixtape because she wants sales [It being released the week of black friday], she doesn't have the time to be recording music to just put out for free. EP or re-release is more likely and Brinx and RU Spits where in the studio with her when she was recording PFRR as well but I think she scrapped the songs with them
