Album: Marina and the Diamonds - 'Electra Heart'

So today I went to a store in canada called mr.disc.. and they had the uk electra heart all along 
but they only had the regular version.. I was so mad.. I guess I will just wait for the canada/us version to come out.. I am so mad I missed my chance to get the amazing uk version!

I am so excited for the Jimmy Kimmel performance tomorrow.  Praying to the pop gods that Marina died her blonde again. I am so sick of the roots/blonde extensions look now tbh.

I'm getting sick of the extensions too. It's cute sometimes but when she lets too much of the roots show it looks sloppy sometimes. I want some new/cute hair!

I forgot to post this here! I posted it on my tumblr but:
My rendition of Power & Control.
It fuses lyrics and elements from demos 1, 2, 4, and the final version. It also features lyrics that I made up.
I kind of like it because it all came together in the end and it makes sense. Tell me what you like/dislike about it!

Just listened to Bubble Pop Electric by Gwen Stefani, and now I TOTALLY see the Gwen Stefani comparisons for Bubblegum Bitch. It was definitely inspired by Bubble Pop Electric. Marina does love No Doubt and Gwen.

The roots look ugly. In fact, her entire look for this era has been quite sloppy for what she's trying to portray. Does anyone know if she has a stylist? Because there's no way that they would tell her she looks fine as she is.
Besides, wouldn't it be more practical to wear a wig? It would look much neater and wouldn't necessitate her having to damage her real hair with dyes, especially since she doesn't plan on being permanently blonde.

That's the problem. She stated in an interview that she doesn't have a stylist except for music videos, which is when the look really comes together. She stated she dresses herself and does her own "look" (makeup). I also feel like the American audience will be slightly confused by her look and drawn on heart. Hopefully the performance is accepted by the American public well.

Yeah I'm sick of the roots as well haha. I only really liked them in Primadonna and it was when the hair was silver instead of the weird blonde color that she has now. I liked her silver/light blonde hair during the Radioactive release.

Yeah, the roots looked good for awhile but I thought she was going to change it up every so often, apparently not. She may aswell bite the bullet and go back blonde, yeah it damages your hair abit but she'd only have to have it for another year or so and it looks so good on her.
It makes me so sad that her natural hair underneath the extensions is like this..

It's at a standstill at this point. No major stations have added it yet. Has minimal support. The promo couldn't have come at a better time

It's funny that my Top 5 songs from EH is not on that list. I guess that's how diverse the album is. It has appeal to everyone.
