Gaga has said in the past that she cant do the telephone sequel without beyonce. However like you said she could appear without actually being in the song. They just said plans change and shes still looking for a female vocalist. Which is why I said maybe Beyonce sang on the track and she changed her mind.

It's partly for people who need help or counseling, but I think it's supposed to be an all around sort of positivity encourager or self esteem booster as well.

I was kinda confused by that 'Lady gaga offers counseling fr her fans' thread, but this is great to know.

There goes my idea of being in the monster pit again xD I doubt I could check that place out wile standing in line for the pit, oh well...
