Certainly not the worst thing in the world. It has an average design, decent colour scheme and standard concept. It's psychic and has middling stats so it's not particularly usable, but if you really wanted to I guess she could work.
The real offensive thing about Grumpig is that she takes a really cute and funny design from Spoink and does nothing with it. Her tail is slightly curled... so are all pigs'. This bouncing toy looking pig with a giant spring for legs and a massive pearl on it's head that needs to stay bouncing to live turns into... a purple pig. The lack of imagination was real.
For DripDrip this was "another of my old favorites when I first played Gen III , ugly fat and looking like Abyss now." Phresh also takes a turn snatching Abyssy's wig, saying that it "makes me hungry (sorry fake vegan abyss, write a tumblr blog to vent)". AbeHicks is also pulling his fork out of Makuhita's head, "People eat wishiwashi and magikarp but i want to know what the psychic pig tastes like. Do you get powers if you eat too much?" No, you just get heart disease, and even worse... fat.  |

A very standard but cute interpretation of a camel. Shes too short to actually ride, though I'm sure some of you would try, but you can pet her. I like her little mop of hair too, and she pulls off yellow and green much better than Electrike did. She's kind of a gay icon, the booty that would make J.Lo weep (if she still had the ability to move her face). She's fine but points for her slayful evolution.
A Bomb looks at her cue cards before settling on calling her a "useless first evo" and Phresh is equally uncaring, "she fine, but fire types were so limited and tragic this generation, this was just taking up a valuable spot". You are just jealous of her boogie. |

Honestly, she's cute but kinda irrelevant in the games. No one ever uses her or references her in-game, and who would think to go back and fish in one of the starting towns when you get the Good Rod way later. The anime is the only reason I knew she even existed. I do like her little crown of spikes tho, and she serves red for filth colour scheme. She's a passable first-stage.
Someone having even more trouble finding a comment for her than me, PhreshDiamond concedes, "fine, she a thing i guess". |

She was never going to do well on ATRL with that concept, design and typing but I personally think she takes a standard, real, regular design and turns it just fantasy enough without going over. And finally something rises rather than falls. I like her a lot for a fighting type, and she serves defensive and available early. Her HP is bigger than her cholesterol and her Thick Fat let's her brush off the haters' flaming her. I would've hated her back as a kid, but I'm a real life grown adult person now and I approve.
Kots "loves its sumo design" like me and jpow was blessed with this as his "first real shiny". Serve fabulous. Phresh thinks she is serving "jessie's sugar daddy on runescape". Rich daddy come gimme RS gold. |

Serving queen in her throne, Clamperl is the pinnacle of water types in Hoenn. A simple yet well-execute concept, a nice design and cry, actually usable as a niche thanks to her signature items. And she's the most common thing in the slayful underwater portions. I ****ing stan, highkey better than her evos. Also, I won't dedicate a full section to it, but when I was young I thought her blushing cheeks were her eyes and her closed eyes were eyebrows, she looks eternally pissed off that way and I kind of prefer it.
Bivalve pokémon always slay.
Someone used to hiding in their own shell, Phresh stans for clams, "a rose among thorns, which the clam theme continued". Me too. |

rssghderge the drop. I knew there was some corruption in professional Castform stan Sorbet's hosting of the last rate. Very interesting gimmick, Hoenn did not invent weather but it did make it relevant. This was an interesting idea but the execution leaves me wondering sometimes. I do like her though, from the one tuft of hair to the bandit mask to the... balls, boobs, tumours... whatever. Serve ghosty. I would give her a 10 if she had a form for the best weather condition but alas...
DripDrip is tired of these damn normal types, "Like I said gimmicky normal types are lame and useless", and Eeveelution is equally unimpressed, "what a WASTE: Such a great concept wasted on a mon with a tragic design, destined to ROT in PU forever. A real shame."
On the positive side, for Kots this is "one of my favorite of all time" and Phresh is writing a narrative on her: "KING was done so wrong, an AMAZING ability and design, done dirty in the stats department incase she slayed too hard. flop freak strikes again. But yeah the KFC bird and lucario definitly needed a mega right?" Drag the furries.
IconicFlop only ever has one thing on the mind though, "I still think it looks like a small dick and balls". Um... that isn't normal shaped sis. Get it checked. |

Not sure how they made a plate of metal for a face look cute but they somehow did. Icon of being the two best types combined, being available early and being useful, and evolving into a tyrant. Serve stainless steel armor, poor dusty azz haters. My only gripe with this icon is how long it takes to evolve her. You would be grappling with fully evolved starters by the level she grows into Lairon. Also she has to sprint as fast as her stubby legs can from fighting types.
But who uses fighting types?
Phresh thinks that her "sprite looked strange", but he thinks a tumour and smog coming out of your mouth is elegant so I wouldn't dwell on it. |

Pond skating icon with a cute design and great type (that they trolled us with before evolving ha). She was rare as **** though wasn't she? It's entirely possible you didn't even know she existed until years later. I do like how she only appeared on routes with ponds at like 1% or something and I actually found one really early when I first played Sapphire. Boxed the hoe though, cus I didn't use bugs. Cutie but this is a pretty good position for her ass, if high.
