I actually liked Hanging On a lot, was a Guilty Pleasure of mine. Take it from here, excerpt from 2006's IDRL End Of The Year show

This 16-year old stepped up her game with a self-titled tv show and a semi-powerful song. Hanging On is from her The Time Has Come album and while she may be the 2nd youngest artist on the endchart, she plays like she's 21. However, the expectations reared its big head during the Spring. Not bad though considering she got to #2 on IDRL & MWC.
So basically, I don't have high expectations for her new stuff but I am anticipating it nonetheless.
