Honestly CAA was doing nothing for her. Gersh has a smaller clientele from the research I've done, so Hilary may be a larger priority.
This new deal is most likely to obtain for her some good film and TV roles. Looks like the National Enquirer article may have been true.

LOL I love how I was doing exactly the same thing, so this talent agency would have nothing to do with her music or not?

I'm honestly not sure, they may in the future, but normally an agency change is for actors/actresses ready to move on because they don't feel they're receiving the right (or enough) material.
Plus, since she's hard at work at getting back to a workable body, but hasn't been recording that we know of, it's likely she's looking to do some acting first. Which is what we all wanted anyway. I'm here for guest spots/or supporting roles in major films.

Makes sense, I love that she's making this effort to get back out there even shortly after her pregnancy, I would so love to see her in a mainstream role again! I'm sure that's what she's looking for as well, she said herself she was pretty much done with indie route.

Lol nooo. I just buy one  I just find it so much more special to have that one and only copy. So many memories. So special.. all the cd's that have been on road trips with me (some of them even to see Hilary lol), been there in every walkman, computer, cd player. My dignity deluxe cardboad cover with a cough syrup stain on it. I like them and it's so special when you go and look at them (I dont really use them much anymore thanks to ipods/itunes/iphones lol)

Aww that's so sweet lol. I know you wanna support her but I think Hilary would want you to keep your hard earned money I get the feeling that she isn't too concerned about earning money at this point. She already has a lot, plus she went and did all those indie movies which shows its more about the craft than the money that's what Mike's family business is for.

Aw am I the only one who wants music first? We've had lots of her indie films over the years to hold us over.... but it's been dry as balls for the music side of things!! I'm dyyyyyying for a Hilary music fix! It kills me to know that there's new music of hers out there... just waiting to be released. I want to hear!!! <3 can't wait

Music ALWAYS comes first lol, but I think we agreed before you became active on the site that we'd want her to do a guest spot or two and maybe a movie before releasing her next album. Just to create some buzz.

especially since she was teasing us with her tweets earlier in the year, of her listening to the new songs and pretty much loving them. That was hard to take in! Though I do love knowing their is new material out there.
But I mean she hinted as well as Matt Squire that we may be hearing new music from her this year, so who knows with hilary!
I'm sure we have a lot of surprises coming our way
