No, there was one, but since the Whitney Houston issue I changed the rules
(I made a poll and everything  ), and we agreed on it to be of songs of any time, so the 100 songs in this main chart will be the real most popular of the week, it's not that big of a problem because most old songs just appear in one week and then fall off of the chart.
I think "Firework" was helped by the July 4th celebration.
Or is there other reason why you asked?
