i believe they are just doing it for one day. and it's not a bunch of stations that are doing it. IIRC, they did the same thing with Cali Gurls, and i don't think it affected its spins or AI negatively.
Adele is a big threat, but she has been held off before (Kelly just did it). Mostly it just boggles my mind that people are still downloading these songs that have been out for soooooooooooooooo long
But the point is, don't write Katy off yet. She's just getting started
