The throw up thing is really weird. I don't mind it that much actually because its bit of a visual art display that goes with the song. The stuff that annoys me is things like her meat dress, her hypocrisy, and that twitter meltdown she had when she was releasing Applause and Artpop or w/e.
Yeah, but just in general she can be REALLY weird. She can be a bit of a hypocrite, too, and in general stuff like that is just... She can be so weird. Plus, I'm a little mad at her because she debuted a song at the iTunes Festival last year called "I Wanna Be With You", and then when the track listing came out and "I Wanna Be With You" wasn't there, I Tweeted to her and asked her if the song "Dope" was really "I Wanna Be With You", and she told me it was, and literally nothing is the same other than the melody. The lyrics are way too different and I was a little mad about her for it because I loved "I Wanna Be With You". It was a normal song and it was a really good and relatable song. It was slightly disappointing.

I agree. She can be weird beyond belief sometimes, but I think you're absolutely right. And yeah, it was really cool. It was my first time a celebrity Tweeted me! The second was Adele (in my dreams.... ), and most recently, my little spat with Perez Hilton. Anyways... Technically, you have to shun Adele now too because Adele has been in contact with her as well.

I admittedly watched the stream of her whole IMF "Swine Fest" performance just because I had heard Adele was there, but I ended up absolutely loving that song when she performed it. Yeah, I was on vacation at the time and I had just missed it, but I heard Adele was there and of course, I was blogging and Tweeting and freaking out about it. It was my favorite song she did at the "Swine Fest" and I Tweeted to her like, every day and was like, "Please don't change that song. Please don't do anything to that song!" and she Tweeted to me when it didn't make the track listing (because I had asked if "Dope" was really "I Wanna Be With You") and she was like, "Don't you worry, Little Pony! It's there!" (I don't get it either, lmao....) So, I was happy. And then the song was released and I was very disappointed. The original version was just perfect. "I'll write hit songs about you"? Every line in it was just perfect. And it was really relatable, especially because I'm a songwriter, so lines like that really spoke to me because it was almost written through the eyes of a songwriter. I just thought it was so much better than "Dope". And regardless, I think being that she premiered versions of songs like that and then changed them so drastically on ARTPOP, she should've included the original demos in a deluxe edition or released them through the stupid ARTPOP app.

Just like all of her other performances, it's flawless, isn't it? She would slay Etta's "At Last". One of my favorite songs ever. Plus, it was done by her two biggest inspirations: Etta James and Beyoncé. The Fray are great. I have "Never Say Never" and "Love Don't Die" on my iPod. They are so great. "Never Say Never" actually inspired one of the first songs I ever wrote. They're fantastic.

Yeah, I agree. I like "Dope" and I appreciate how personal it is to her, but it's not as good as "Dope" and the majority agrees. A LOT of people — including her fans — REALLY hate "Dope". Some even claim it's the worst song of her career. She never should've changed it.
